 A broken beat, a dash of funk, and healthy dose of synthetic bass... thats the basic formula for The Gulf Gate Project. They sit in a studio for hours on end, meticulously pruning sounds and rhythms. Then, once the music has been created, they take to the stage armed with a laptop, an APC 40, an electronic drum set, and a keyboard and recreate in a live setting their studio creation. The result is a pretty dang exciting live show that really rocks the dance floor. If you ever get a chance to see the live show, don't miss out, as these guys from Florida USA are something very special in the making!
