Hypeartist comes out of Russia and is completley fresh to the whole scene! This is his first ever release and I can assure you, it wont be his last with us!!
He draws his influences from heroes of our's, and you can definitley tell this by the way he puts his productions together. People like, Way Out West, Hybrid, F.S.O.L, Sasha, Luke Chable, Andy Page have all influenced this guy to make some real deep and extremley polished breakbeats. He is also currently working on an album for Dusted Breaks, Which should be out early 2010. keep em peeled for that too!
And so to the tunes again!... Well this is the 1st release from the Hypeartist, and for this release he takes you on a very twisted journey into the deeper world of breakbeat, with the help of the super talented, up and coming singer/songwriter Brad Sucks. We also bring you another another dark and nasty nu skool number by Hungarian talent Retroid, And top this package off with a nice little tech house remix by German outfit Plastic Shell. The Original has already had the thumbs up from legendary DJ/Producer SLACKER & Breaks master Future Funk Squad.

J*O*K*R - Salad Shaker - Including Original/Groove Diggerz mixes (DBR003)
Well here we are once again!
This time we bring to you our third installment and the fresh new sound of J*O*K*R! We also bring you a top notch remix by hot property the Groove Diggerz!
This has already seen major dj and radio play, all over the world, while out on the promo tip! more notably from DJ Icey, Kickflip, Electric Soulside, Hexadecimal, Boogie Mafia, Beat Creep and so many more!
Salad Shaker: The original mix has plenty of crossover appeal to it with elements of Breaks, Electro House and Fidget all obvious within the track. The J*O*K*R boys trademark chunky beats, fused with cutting basslines and squeeks and bleeps that would make the plump dj's blush, All makes for a very PHAT dancefloor smasher!!
Groove Diggerz Remix: Is a Progressive Electro enthused Breaks Monster! It Open's with a nice DJ friendly intro with a vocal over the top this soon drops into a fattened version of the original bass. This again has plenty of crossover appeal, sitting as happily in a Breaks set as it will in an Electro House one. Im sure this will be heard on plenty of big rigs over the Summer and this is your opportunity to make sure it's played on yours!!!

J*O*K*R - Dr Oetker - Including Rektchordz & Quadrat Beat remixes (DBR004)
I hope you ready for this one!!
This time Dusted Breaks bring you the 2nd release from J*O*K*R and our fourth, and im sure you will not be dissapointed!
Dr.Oetker: This one has all the trademark J*O*K*R chunkyness and squeeky/Bleeps of Salad Shaker, but it has a fat stomping energetic groove and a vicious b-line to die for!!
Rektchordz Remix: Cornish dweller and Tech-Funk phenomonen Rektchordz takes us on a curb crawl of bass bubbling with a nasty tribal funk up of massive proportions! It sets up a pumping hypnotic groove with just the right amount of Electro madness thrown in!
Quadrat Beat Remix: This is 100% main room Breaks bruiser with some seriously PHAT beats and bassline that will make you feel unclean! This tune really packs a punch and these brothers from Latvia are on top form of late and are not to be missed!
This package has seen some really big support from some really big names and here are just a few of the comments from some choice DJ/Producers who are feelin this release right now..
"Rektchordz has the tech-funk 'ting on lockdown right now. Deep & groovy shizzle" - ELITE FORCE (U&A, LOT49)
"I like the Rektchordz mix, It's kinda groovy!" – LEE COOMBS (LOT49)
"Really feelin the Quadrat beat on this one, nice all round release though good work" – Rob Savage – GROOVE DIGGERZ (Breakin Even)

Paul Lyman - Break Through EP [DBR002] - OUT NOW!! |

Its here...DBR002 hits the shops, and we think you're going to like what we have on offer.
The second release on Dusted Breaks sees the debut of Northampton's multi deck meister Paul Lyman, with his infectious first release Break Through. Having much success with Blend, his hometown shindig which has become an institution over its duration, Paul has turned his hand to producing, and we are in the fortunate position to be the driving force behind this track.
The powers that be are well behind Break Through, having scored a very impressive 4 out of 5 in Dj Magazine AND Mixmag (April editions), who hailed it as being 'the track that could always work'. Having tried and tested it in our own DJ sets both on the South Coast and the North West, who are we to argue - it gets the crowd rocking EVERY time. Break Through has its own unique but belting style which works in Breaks AND House sets with ease. It's nothing short of a top shelf crowd pleaser, so we recommend you add this to your collection without delay.
And if that wasn't enough Break Through comes with a very impressive remix package:
Cut La Roc Remix: Brighton's Breakbeat aficionado (AND Guinness World Record holder for most decks spinning in the mix!) takes us on a soaring journey; a chunky and uplifting take on the original which would undoubtedly rock a huge PA system with ease and get the hands firmly up there.
10 Rapid Remix: 10 Rapid's trademark sound and alarming tweakage are not for the faint-hearted - but definitely make for some ill listening. This is a floor shaker and an ear bender all in one...truly amazing stuff that just needs to be cranked.
D*Funk remix: D*Funk's take on Break Through pays homage to the original, keeping the barebones structure but with some added clout and grime to route the style firmly back to the breakbeat market.
Wrongstars Society Mix: The Wrongstars Society take the format and smash it up with a rock solid bass injection and a fresh breakbeat - whilst adding a hint of their own vocal talent to liven up proceedings and rinse out the track.
